Welcome to LuxuryEscape, a premium RIB rental agency based in Skiathos. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting a booking request through our website. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking Requests & Availability
All booking requests are submitted through our online system and are considered non-binding until confirmed.
Approval of booking requests is subject to availability of the selected boat and schedule.
You will receive confirmation or rejection of your request via email.
In the event that your selected boat or service is unavailable, alternative options or suggestions will be provided.
LuxuryEscape reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment Policy
All services must be paid on-site prior to the start of the rental/service.
Fuel costs and skipper fees (if applicable) are not included in the initial price and must be paid separately after the completion of the service.
Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and requested services.
Failure to complete payment as required may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Service Conditions

The renter is responsible for any damages caused to the vessel due to negligence or misuse.
5. Tender Services & VIP Transfers
For Tender Services or VIP Transfers, bookings are not handled through the standard booking system.

Our team will respond with availability and pricing details.
6. Liability Disclaimer
LuxuryEscape is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during the service
- Any injury or incident resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
